SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

In my final year at the Speedway, I dabbled in live reporting, conducting victory lane interviews on FloRacing.

I also handled occasional pre-recorded content and managed my social media obligations.

2019

ON CAMERA REPORTER

At this point in my Stafford career, I had become known for my post-race interview series, coined 'Web Hits.' I had also grown close with my colleagues and looked forward to team events, such as the track walk fundraiser pictured below.

After COVID, I was able to switch gears and get involved in content creation by managing Instagram and Facebook on race days. In this role, I had the freedom to create reels that promoted driver interaction and tailor informative stories and posts for fan engagement.

I began working at the Speedway while still in high school, filling in wherever needed. Initially working behind the camera, I had the opportunity to film industry greats like Joe Coss and Derek Pernesiglio. Shortly after, I was able to apply what I had learned to my own on-camera reporting.

2022

WINNER: JASON WILLIAMS
AMOUNT: $10,000

AT AGE 17, I CREATED A SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM AIMED TO GIVE BACK TO SHORT TRACK RACERS THROUGH A RANDOM DRAW. I SOLD CALENDARS FEATURING PHOTOS I HAD TAKEN THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, AND CUSTOMERS COULD ENTER A DRIVER OF THEIR CHOICE WITH EACH PURCHASE. THE GIVEAWAY STARTED OFF LOCAL, BUT IN ITS LAST YEAR, IT SPANNED 26 STATES WITH 626 DIFFERENT DRIVERS ENTERED.

The 2022 sponsorship season followed Jason Williams part time in the Late Model Division at The Waterford Speedbowl in Connecticut.

The 2020 sponsorship season followed Bryan O' Shea full time in the Factory Stock Division at Wall Stadium Speedway in New Jersey.
